The DMFA is proud to present the next Sustainer Strategy Meeting. This event will take place over two hours on May 13, 2025 and will be an interactive virtual gathering. You will be actively engaged in interactive strategy discussions, learnings from case studies, and collaborative exchange of ideas.

This event is invite only and is a unique opportunity for Sustainer industry leaders to come together to learn from each other and help guide their programs toward success in the year to come.

To attend this meeting you need to add the Sustainer Group Benefit to your DMFA membership. In order to qualify for the Sustainer Group you need to have an active Sustainer Program with over 1,000 donors.

Email info@dmfa.org to find out how to add this free benefit to your DMFA membership.

Program Topic For Discussion

Trends for donor count decline continue across sectors; however, many orgs continue to invest and see growth within their sustainer files which serve as an important reliable source of income.

Lately, more organizations are acquiring sustainers directly over one-time donors who upgrade to sustainer. However, with costs increasing and high barriers to direct sustainer acquisition channels, what can organizations do to maximize their existing donor file to upgrade their gift frequency? How do they optimize existing channels and programs to build a sustainer pipeline, and to ensure that the right segments get the right ask?

Join your sustainer expert peers for the opportunity to learn about their experience and share yours. We will touch on low hanging fruit, and we’ll consider successes and challenges to better our programs.

Participation:

Limited to two participants from each invited organization.
