Description

Donor Advised Funds (DAF)  donors are undoubtedly a different breed than traditional direct response donors – and are often treated differently (for better or for worse) by nonprofit organizations. To better understand the DAF donor giving experience and how nonprofits manage these donors, we went on a secret mission…We made DAF gifts to 18 different nonprofits – organizations we had previously given to and organizations we newly joined. Some were large national brands that you’ve heard of – others were small regional nonprofits you probably have not. Then we waited…

In this session we'll highlight the donor experiences that really shined… flag problem areas… and share ideas you can use to enhance DAF giving and donor experiences. And you'll get insight from one non profit on how they've changed their DAF donor management to increase "share of wallet" from these generous donors.
