Many of your donors with a DAF Charitable Giving Account might NOT have made a grant to you… they use is primarily for giving to their college(s), their place of worship, and in response to urgent emergencies. If your organization isn’t one of those… there are plenty of things to do to inspire DAF giving to you. Why bother?

At the beginning of last year over $130,000,000,000 was on account in national charitable sponsors and community foundations and ALL of these dollars must be directed to 501(C)(3) organizations. Those who solicit most effectively are sure to gain their share faster than others. 

This presentation will focus on examples of well-known non-profits (regional and national) engaging in best practices related to DAF Donors. You will see how easy is it to step up your game. There will also be a series of slides under the heading of Teachable Moments. If you have been in the audience of prior DAF sessions, you know you don’t want to be an example in these Teachable Moment slides… these will be examples of poorly executed strategies. Learning what not to do will also improve your game.
